What we have built
Selected work
Bars, restaurants, student unions, visitor centres and brand activations across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Scotland.
Venues that have to trade, host or sell — bars, restaurants, student unions, visitor centres and brand activations.
Strathclyde Students' Union
Multi-use student union at the heart of Glasgow's Strathclyde campus, designed for daytime service through to late-night events. Ranked
The Barologist
A specialist cocktail bar in Leith — home of the eponymous fictitious adventurer, filled with weather-making contraptions designed with a Hollywood special-effects company.
Embargo
A full rebrand for Embargo, an Asian-fusion bar and restaurant on Byres Road — identity, menu system, signage and motion graphics built as one piece alongside the existing interior.
Port O' Leith
A historic Leith corner pub reinstated for a new generation of operators — preserving the ribald character of the original while bringing service and durability up to current standard.
Gost
A Glasgow steak restaurant and cocktail bar in the city centre — parquet, mustard-and-burgundy leather, brass globes and a dried-floral installation that reads from the door.
Nonna Said
An Italian neighbourhood restaurant on Candleriggs with full hospitality branding alongside the interior — menus, signage and identity built as one system with the space.
Duke's Umbrella
An opulent gastro-pub on Argyle Street, Glasgow — rich menu with classic Victorian styling. Existing fabric retained where it earned its keep; service flow, FF&E and lighting reset to commercial-grade.
Cuvée
Brand and menu design for Cuvée, a specialist champagne, wine, cocktail and tapas bar in Glasgow. Identity, exterior signage and menu artwork — the room is theirs, the language around it is ours.
Glaschu
A modern Scottish restaurant on Royal Exchange Square in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City — dried-floral ceiling installation, a constellation of brass globe pendants, mirrored backbar and a service flow built for both the lunch trade and the long Friday night.
Maison by Glaschu
A French-Mediterranean bistro on the second floor of Princes Square — fluted burgundy leather, marble bistro tables, brass globes, palms and a wine-led service rebuilt around the late-evening pour. Sister venue to Glaschu.
The Delphine
An all-day café-bar-restaurant on Princes Square in Glasgow — sage, walnut and brass on the surfaces, a small-plates menu calibrated for both lunch covers and late-evening cocktail dwell.
The Noble Public House
A Glasgow city-centre public house designed to trade hard on food and drink without losing the pub. Green-veined marble tables, dark timber, branded paper and a menu that takes itself seriously without taking itself seriously.
The Crescent
A cocktail bar and restaurant in the heart of Glasgow's Finnieston — cosy and comfortable without giving up the luxe.
